I love this umbrella! Take a close look at the picture. It actually has a hard plastic collapsible cover that stays on top of the umbrella when opened. When you enter the house or get into your car, you simply close the umbrella and pull the cover down to fully enclose the wet umbrella. I recommend a quick shake and then holding it out when pulling the cover. A removable cap on the tip releases any built up rain water.
